What regulators ask us.

Getting started
How do we start?
With an hour's walk-through on your own questions. If it fits, a three-month pilot on your own data, then your tender and go-live.
What does the pilot cover?
Three months on your own data, with your own licence types and rules.
Can it follow our law, our fees and our process?
Yes. Your office sets the application types, the fees that follow from the answers, the steps, the alert rules, the violation library, the charges and the letterhead.
Data and security
Where is our data hosted?
Your choice: in your own country, or in the cloud. Both run on CloudSigma's certified infrastructure.
Which certifications apply?
CloudSigma, our infrastructure provider, holds ISO 27001, ISO 27017 and ISO 27018 certification and a SOC 2 Type II report. They cover the infrastructure, not iRegulate.AI itself. Ask us which certificates cover your deployment.
How do operators connect?
Over secured APIs. Only senders you have whitelisted can send data, and all traffic passes through Cloudflare first.
Who in our office can see what?
Each role has no access, can see, or can work on each area of the app. Portfolios limit officers to the licensees they look after, and outside agencies see issued statements only.
Revenue
Do operators still file a return?
No. The statement is worked out from the data the operators and their game providers send.
Which currencies does it handle?
Fees can be set in one currency, such as US dollars, while GGR and tax stay in your own. Feeds in a foreign currency are converted to yours.
Can tax and fees go to different bodies?
Yes. Each charge carries its own payee and due date, on one statement. The revenue authority sees the issued statements it collects on.
Monitoring
Can we write our own alert rules?
Yes. A rule starts as a draft, is tried out quietly on real data, and goes live once it's approved.
Does it cover land-based casinos?
Yes: premises, daily table counts, the machine register, and inspectors' own counts.
Players
Do operators see who is excluded?
No. Operators receive player tokens, not names.
Licensing and enforcement
Can applicants still apply on paper?
Yes. Staff scan the pages in, from a scanner or a phone, and each page is sorted into its document.
Can the public check that a licence is real?
Yes. Anyone can scan the QR code on a certificate and see whether the licence is genuine and current.
Insight
Does the AI make decisions?
No. Insight answers questions from your own records, shows its steps and sources, and sees only what the person asking can see. Officers make and sign every decision.
