Only the operators you authorise can connect.
Cloudflare firstEvery request reaches Cloudflare before anything else, and attacks are stopped there.
Whitelisted sendersOnly the operators, game providers and payment gateways you have whitelisted can connect.
Signed, single-use requestsEach request is signed with the sender's own key and timed, and a request is never accepted twice.
Their own data onlyA sender can only send data about itself, never about another operator.

Access set by area, by portfolio and by role.
For each area of the app, a role has no access, can see, or can work on it, with extras where a job needs them. Portfolios limit officers to the licensees they look after. Outside agencies see issued statements only.
