Every regulator licenses differently. Changing a form shouldn't wait on a developer.
In iRegulate.AI, each kind of application is a type you set up yourself.
Build the form from questions made for gaming. Ask some only for certain categories, or have an inspector answer them on site.
Price it the way your rules do: fixed, per category, or per item. The fees work themselves out from the answers.
Lay out the route: who does each step, and when it applies.
And decide what approval does: the licence, its premises and machines on record, and a certificate anyone can check.
When the rules change, publish a new version. Applications already open keep theirs.
iRegulate.AI helps regulators license their way.
